Results of revision lumbar spine surgery

Introduction: Lumbar degenerative disease is a common health problem all over the world and need of revision surgery still high with variable results. The aim work to evaluate clinical radiological outcome in cases redo for lumbar pathology specify which responding well surgery. Method: Twenty patients were operated upon previous failed back Selection depends on confirmed compression or instability. All followed at least 6 months after VAS score was used as tool evaluation leg pain. Conclusion: Revision spine provides better results depending patient's general physical condition less chances re infection specially if under proper aseptic precautions.
